Terms of Service
Last updated September 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Vessle.Ai ("Vessle," "we," "us") and cover your use of the Vessle website and apps, including the Site Creator, Promoter, Site Rebuilder, Studio, and Publish service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us right away at vessle@houseofkapp.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
- One person per account. Creating accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.
2. Credits, plans, and payments
- The Service runs on credits. Each action shows its credit cost before you start it; see Pricing for current prices.
- New accounts receive a small number of free credits. Free credits have no cash value.
- Credits from one-time packs do not expire while your account is open.
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month and are charged to your payment method until you cancel. Each renewal adds that month's plan credits. Plan credits are used before pack credits, and unused plan credits do not roll over: they expire when the next month begins or when the plan ends.
- You can cancel a plan at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you keep that month's credits until then.
- Credits are not money, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are lost if your account is closed.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change; changes never affect credits you already bought, and plan price changes apply from your next renewal after notice.
3. Refunds
- If a Studio generation fails, or a build fails before it finishes, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Purchases are otherwise non-refundable once credits have been used. If something went wrong with a charge, email vessle@houseofkapp.com within 30 days and we'll review it. We may refund unused credits at our discretion or where the law requires it.
- If a payment is reversed or disputed, we may remove the credits it paid for and suspend the account while the dispute is open.
4. The Publish service
Publish is a paid service in which a person on our team takes your finished page and gets it live, as described for the tier you choose. To do this we use the page and the details you give us, and we may contact you at the email you provide. If we can't complete an order, we'll refund what you paid for it. Third-party costs such as domain registration or hosting plans are yours unless the tier says otherwise.
5. Your content and AI output
- You keep ownership of what you give us: your prompts, logos, photos, and other uploads. You give us permission to store, process, and send them to our service providers only as needed to run the Service for you.
- As between you and us, you own what the Service creates for you (sites, copy, images, and video), to the extent the law allows. AI output may not be unique: other people may receive similar results.
- If you share a Studio creation to the public gallery, you let us display it on Vessle until you unshare or delete it.
- You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for how you use the output. Review it before relying on it or publishing it: AI can make mistakes, including wrong facts, prices, or claims.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to create, upload, or share anything that:
- sexualizes minors in any way, or is sexually explicit content involving real people without consent;
- is a deceptive deepfake, impersonates a real person or business, or is meant to mislead or defraud;
- harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hatred against people;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, malware, or phishing.
Also don't try to get around credit limits, rate limits, or safety filters, scrape or overload the Service, or access other people's accounts or data. We use automated checks on prompts and images, and we may refuse any request, remove content, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If an account is closed for abuse, its remaining credits are forfeited.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on outside providers, including AI model providers, payments, and hosting (listed in our Privacy Policy). Models, prices, and features may change or be removed when those providers change them. We'll keep credit costs clear before you spend.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Vessle running smoothly, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will fit a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down the Service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and refund unused purchased pack credits.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vessle.Ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
10. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you uploaded or published, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing vessle@houseofkapp.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 3, 5, and 8–12 continue to apply after your account ends.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email vessle@houseofkapp.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for significant changes we'll give notice on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
