Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vessle.Ai ("Vessle," "we") collects when you use our website and apps, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For the rules of using Vessle, see our Terms of Service.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and your password. We store only a secure, one-way hash of your password, never the password itself.
- What you create: the prompts and messages you send, images you upload (such as logos, product photos, or screenshots), and what the Service produces for you: sites, copy, images, and video.
- Publish orders: the site name, domain, contact email, and notes you give us when you order the Publish service.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, purchase history, and a Stripe customer ID, but not your full card number.
- Usage records: your credit balance and history, which tools and models you use, and when.
- Technical data: your IP address, which we use briefly to limit sign-up and sign-in attempts, plus standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
How we use it
- to run the Service: generate what you ask for, keep your projects, and track your credits;
- to process payments, prevent fraud and abuse (such as farming free credits), and secure accounts;
- to fulfill Publish orders and answer your support requests;
- to understand overall usage and costs so we can keep prices fair and the Service reliable;
- to follow the law.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your content to train our own AI models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that run parts of the Service for us, and only what each one needs:
- AI providers: Anthropic (Claude) writes sites and marketing content from your prompts and uploaded images. fal.ai runs Studio's image and video models, which come from model makers including Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Kuaishou, MiniMax, and Black Forest Labs. OpenAI also creates brand marks and screens prompts and images for safety. Pexels receives short search terms to suggest stock photos.
- Payments: Stripe.
- Hosting and storage: Vercel (website, file storage) and Turso (database).
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of the business (in which case this policy would continue to apply).
What's public
Your projects and generations are private by default. A Studio creation becomes public only if you choose to share it to the gallery, and you can unshare or delete it at any time. Pages you publish on the web are, of course, visible to anyone.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on Vessle itself.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, projects, uploads, and generations within 30 days. We keep payment and credit records as long as tax and accounting law requires. Short-lived data like sign-in attempt counts is overwritten within hours.
Your choices and rights
- You can delete Studio creations yourself, and unshare anything you shared.
- You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing vessle@houseofkapp.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, other U.S. states, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we honor them.
- You can manage or cancel your plan any time from your billing settings.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls, and limits on sign-in attempts. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
Vessle is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Where data is processed
Vessle is run from the United States, and our providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries.
Changes to this policy
We'll post any updates here and change the date at the top. For significant changes we'll also give notice on the site or by email.
